err ... there was no LHD Type-R in the US that featured that style front end....

 

this was only for a show like 2 years ago ( maybe 3), we took all the stickers soon after.

 

You're right. This is a 2001 USDM car (01#0288 to be exact) with a JDM front end. Have you never seen a swapped front end on these cars?

Thanks for the tip but I have probably been a member (and moderator) of those sites and others (honda-acura, honda-tech, etc.) since you were in preschool. I know exactly what goes on there, it just comes with the type of owners you get in the Integra price range. It will get worse for RX-8's as they get cheaper and cheaper too, but hopefully the reliability issues will keep most kids away.
