Calling all Racing Helmets

hm. I don't think I've seen a thread like that, searched and nope there isn't.

lol bought my first Racing Helmet today.
It's an HJC AR-10 (Rubberstone Black) MSRP priced at 311.99.

I found it at a local helmet shop for 269.14 after tax yesterday, then I went searching for a bit, turns out every place online are selling them at MSRP.

So wow, I'm a bit suprised that I found stuff that's cheaper in store after tax than online (kinda hard these days lol).

here it is.

I'm looking into buying a SA rated helmet. I currently have an non SA rated HJC motorcycle helmet for my motorcycle that I use for autocross. But if I'm correct this is not enough to use for track days. I plan to take part in a few HPDE days this coming season and need to get a new helmet.

Can somebody make a recommendation based on experience for what brand to go with? Or to stay away from? I really like the look of the Simpson helmet that The Stig uses but that is a little out of my price range. I was thinking around the 3-4 hundred range.
A kinda want to to stay away from the HJC because the visor clips on mine and my wife's HJC are really cheap and flimsy. Maybe its because they're not SA? Thanks

Those are mine. I had a third but it was trashed in a low side.

Just got the Warlord. I had been wanting a RF-1100 for a while, but was waiting for a good deal on them. Turns out the joke was on me -- found out that they retired the Warlord design and no longer make it.

After some searching, I found a dealership that had a brand new Warlord for sale, got it for a pretty good price too.

We all know decals give us 20+hp, m8. In my case, Lewis Hamilton gave me 700+hp
