Thanks. When the BOV opens it does kind of ruin the sleeper effect, but I still like the woooosh sound.

btw, CA cops do harass you for your mods, they told me to take out intake because it wouldn't pass emissions.........

Had both front/rear Greddy Mounting plates painted the same color as the covers also. (ignore date on camera)

Ok, so I'm planning on painting my engine cover as well. I have a Galaxy Grey and I don't know what would match with it so I'm going for a dark red or dark grey kind of color.

My question is...
What kind of paint to use? I understand that heat plays a major role in cracking paint. Would Dupli-Color paint work fine?
Also, what color should I paint it?

I had a shop pait the pieces for me. I couldn't tell you too much about the process, but I do hope it doesnt crack for quite some time!

I painted mine with regular krylon. It has held up really well even with tracking it. If I were to do it over again, I probably wouldnt do it at all though.
