If you're going to change the color to blue, go with the WB. I think that shade is perfect for the 8.

 

I think the Honda Electron Blue would look badass on an 8...
These pics make it seem like WB but this color has no flake and has a slight purple tone in some lights...

 

Thats the hue I was looking for ! Any more pics of that you could PM me or links at least? Hard to find some good pics. At least where I'm looking..heh. I'm surprised no one has agree'd about keeping black but going slight graphite.

 

Thanks again guys for the feedback on the blue lugs. I will keep them on for a while longer before making a final decision.

Rotr8, Electron Blue is a great color and would work great with the lines of the 8.

 

You mean 2 tone? Personally I think a 2 tone black with a satin black up top and BB on the bottom would look really good. Also I think a satin gunmetal would look hot.

Plus if you've seen this color in person it looks soooo much better than the pics...

 

Hey Rotr8, I have seen that color in person, I just thought the best way to describe was Midnight blue..but guess not! Thanks for that though. I think that color would look awesome with my wheels in dark gunmetal. Not 100% though..

PD yeah understandable, but I think if I were to stay black though, adding some sort of graphite or something to the clear coat would look nice, to have a charcoal looking black, you know? With the wheels gunmetal or something with this color as well would go nice. Dunno yet... But at least I have time. Planning to get this done in December.

that first pic doesnt appear to be ebp, the 2nd pic is an old school pic from about 3 years ago. i used to mod on a civic forum with that guy... very clean and well put together car. Nothing "ricer" about it.

 

Yeah, they're pretty clean..Ricer is stupid useless bodykits that aren't functional. :/ With fart cans.

 

i tried out the turtle wax black box today... the overall shine is not mind blowing, but it does nicely hide all the paint flaws i've accumulated in my near 6 years of daily driving that normal wax would not have hidden.

yea.. i was pretty much shot for the rest of the day
...about half way though the sun came out and the cleaner wax was like trying to chip cement off the car

 

yeah i saw that wax and was thinking about buying cuz i ran out of meguiar's clay bar

That is a beautiful car, one of the best looking 8s I've ever seen actually.

 

Not sure about the rims. The lights should be smoked somewhat. I wish there was more pictures of this car in different angles. Not bad though.
