The "X"

Wsup fellow RX-8 owners and wannabes. I have been a lurker to this site since the RX-8 became my dream car. I've been getting ideas from some of u to put together my own custom "X"

Shiny and sparkly it is. A bit too shiny and sparkly for me though.

I am considering getting aluminum (not chrome) fender vents though. No strakes. So Crossfire.

Shiney wheels, shiney grill, ok for an SUV, awful for an RX-8.

same as everyone else doesn't fit the rx8. Sports car with class. if you want a emblem that means something get a veilside kit and get one of there to put on :D

Well we gotta be happy with what we drive even if someone else's car is not our thing.

I think the emblem should go. It detracts from the grill.

If you want to keep the X, I'd do what this person suggested.

Thanks--its currently very hip to have alum fender vents on strakes at the moment.

I think strakes are a bit out of character for the RX8.

Love the rims. Hate the vents, strakes, and grill. But I hate the veilside kit too so to each his own.

that's a negative for me but you seem to be very happy with it, that's all that matters... any future engine/drivetrain and suspension mods?
