Guh, such a cheesy thread title...

Anyways, I drove up Angeles Crest (CA-2) and after driving for quite some time, I came across one turnout with quite the seasonal bouquet of foliage. Just had to stop by and snap a few and though I was all in all a bit disappointed with some of my shots, I thought these were worth posting up as others may enjoy this time of year just as much as I do. Yeah yeah, basically all the same angle but I really didn't have much space to work with if I wanted this background :P

Bugs tend to splatter on 130 mile mountain drives. Proudly. Lol...

edit: TBK - That gash on the side of my car is the result of driving on the freeway and unavoidably running over a wrench. I was pretty upset when it happened, still need to have it taken care of :/

 

I got a little grossed out when I zoomed in on that splatter. I am pretty sure it was a bird, small child, or pterodactyl and not a bug
