Not an interpretation - that is the exact manifold, right down to the welds.
Plus, that is a Trust wastegate - identically located and plumbed as the Greddy manifold.

also dose the greddy have an external gate? I'd bet they have an internal one for price reasons.

The manifold was fabbed and the wastegate was external. In this particular case, the external wastegate is almost mandatory because of the limited space at the turbo location - it would be almost impossible to get the downpipe tu turn to the cat were it even an inch shorter.
An integral WG would have put the discharge flange almost two inches closer to the passenger footwell. You can see that the WG is is a Trust unit.
Most production Greddy systems use cast manifolds, but I'm sure the prototypes are hand fabbed.

looks cast unless this is the production version an you saw a development version.
