wow looks awesome with the tint....I was never really a fan of the sunlight silver but that tint REALLY looks good on it
how is the 35% tint? Some say it's too strong some say too weak...I live in NJ and I want to tint my fronts even though it's technically "not legal" Will 35% be too much?
again...great lookin car

WHOA!!! That is Good Times! :D
That is exactly what I want! Not too dark, not too light. She is slick and sweet Xero!!! :D
Thanks for the motivation! Now that I know it won't be too dark, I'll take her in for her tinting! :D :D

FREE ADVICE!
I really like that. Guess I'll have to have mine done too...
I wonder if that would be legal in Florida.
Thanks for posting that...it helped me to make a decision.

I have 35%, legal in Tennessee, and Sunlight Silver, I have no problems seeing at night, and the leather is nice and cool when I get in.
I wouldn't recommend for the windshield, probably too dark, I would say 50 or 60% at the darkest.

Click my sig to see more pics of 18% all around. I think 18% is as low as I'd want to go for night driving, it starts to get too dark lower than this. At least for my tastes.

I have 35% on my Silver 8 also. In Michigan it is not legal to have any tint on the driver and passanger windows. I even was pulled over for speeding and he didn't say a word about the tint.

Just getting ready to tint my 8...
Found this site and thought it was fiting of this thread -
http://www.tintdude.com/laws.html
Just click on your state and you have all the laws. You can usually go a bit further than any allowed percentage and you will not risking anything since the cops dont really have any easy way of measuring it. Especially if you state that you do it your self or the tinter gives you a receipt at a legal tinting rate.
That car has to be a pain to tint though. Especially that rear window. How many pieces have people been doing it in? How much?
