I couldn't help it when I was getting ready to go into that turn I thought he was going to move instead of braking. When I went around him he started to come towards my car, no matter how close I got I wasn't at fault he is suppose to give since he is going slow and not get in the way and make it difficult to pass.

 

I don't think this will happen its regarded a toll road and they make tons of money off of it.

 

Regardless of where you place blame i'm sure a motorcyclist doesn't make a very good speedbump.

 

I know and I felt bad for getting that close since I ride myself. But the guy was riding with head up his butt and not really paying attention to where he was. There are alot of faster cars on that track and that kind of riding makes it very hazardous.

 

What are the legal ramifications of two vehicles coming together there? Is it nothing/just racing or is there a police investigation and penalty?

 

I got rearended by a Porsche Turbo once and it caused me to spin into the grass and nothing was done about it. But then I had a friend hit the wall and he had to pay 2500 euro for the damage to the wall.
