It wasn't a fair comparisson with the Shelby being there. If that was the route then they should have had the Nismo Nissan The, S series TT and have had a RX8 tuned by a shop like Pettit or Mazsport.

The RX8 still won but imagine if a tuned RX8 would have been there.

 

yep. agree...only the stang gets a tuned version..the others were all factory..

and they also tested a base Z verus the GT model rx8 which is by far much more exp and heavier..

Good find. The print version had been out for a while, but I had not seen the video.

I think had the the GT version of the 350, it would of performed better with the brembo's, fatter tires, and lighter wheels.
