Hey Angel, how come you guys changed out the alternator??? And back to your post #170-was there a problem at the time and you didn't have p/s? You should definately get your ac back in there, it took me about 2hours to fabricate new brackets(also a pita).

The power steering problem was a dirty sensor, it was fixed the same day. And the A/C Bracket is a walk in the park, my problem was the a/c lines, Ive changed my engine bay setup a couple of times and had to change them also. So I desided to wait until I had the engine bay How I really wanted it. Now I can say Im happy so A/c is going back in.

Ok, what about the alternator? Did you have some kind of problem with the stock one?

After I upgraded my fuel system when I went alcohol (3 fuel pumps 2 A1000 and a bary grant) and put fans on my oil coolers my alt start giving up. So I had to upgrade. But It worked great until then with my previous setup. Maybe it was Old too, and on top of that RGonza recommended the one I have now, so I followed the master. He knows a thing or two aboout my setup. lol

I think he knows your car inside and out! Keep up the good work buddy. You never sent me pics of your fuel setup(inside the tank). On mine I removed the filter and pump and made a bracket and piping which is connected to an external 044 fuel pump. I think the line drains though when the car is shut off, which makes starting take longer. when the Haltech is priming sometimes I hear it and it sounds like a bathtub drain emptying. Did you ever experience something like that?

thanks man. You know, its funny. I was going to take out some more parts to powder coat in black ( water pump and what not) But the urge to start the car was so big that I said, the hell with it. I want my car running again. So I guess that stays for next time.. hehe..

And Kane....
So far everything looks and works good with the wiring. The engine bayfinally looks cleaner and all the electronics in the car are working 100%.

i was talking about your car and its hella hot!!!

edit: just a thought bro since your going black under the hood why dont you powdercoat the rims black and go for a black/blue theme on the outside i think it will look crazy good with black rims, LIGHTLY smoked tails, black side markers, blackl emblems, black mesh, and black strakes plus glossy black exhaust tips! of course your car is amazing already i just though it would look pretty good with that kinda theme
