yes it was. he did fairly well but was eliminated in the round of 16 i believe.

btw......the wrecked S14 is my friend hubert young's car. he was in the final laps of practice on friday the day before the event and plowed into the wall the exactly same way daijio did during his crash.

sigh.......i miss D1 already. it was the most fun i ever had at a motorsports event and i will be at the next event no matter what.

i didnt get to see the JIC sponsored 8.....i only saw vividracing's car there.

true but was one of the only asses out there bearing cheeks... sometimes you have to compromise..

 

Nice pics. Some of those wrecked cars made me cry. Especialy when they bend up those gorgous, expensive wheels. But that's what sponsors are for. It won't be to long before we see a fully built DRIFT rx8. Probably have a 20b in it or something.
