I am going to laugh if the fiat 500 wins.

Would be funny to see autoweek post that the best sports coupe for under 50k is a 100hp FWD car about 2 feet long.

They should use the image of the sexy blue R3 though, not the red. Marketing fail of the RX-8 originally imo. (the red looks good, especially IRL, but still blue ones stand more out)

DULL, where do you get off on saying that ****?..lol

The R3 ONLY exists on a Brochure, It has NO significants anywhere other than that, NO where is the name R3 planted on the car as a badge or Identification...it is in fact just a DULL RX-8 with Bilstiens or 19" rims that does not make it go any faster or give it anymore HP than ANY other Dull 8.

It does not even have a sunroof or full leather.

Actually, that's one of the reasons I love having the Sport version. Cloth seats and no sunroof. Less electronics to break on me, and less weight. Plus, sitting on leather seats when it's REALLY hot or REALLY cold is so uncomfortable!

I don't know about new, but the RX-8 is probably the best deal in the USED market. Sadly depreciation stinks with this car!
