Sport Compact Car - Short Article on Dynoing RX-8
The article was short and very well done. Essentially, SCC tried to trick the RX-8 into thinking it was moving to get a "real" dyno read on the car. The results were somewhat indeterminate, and had the power a little below the S2000 it was compared to.
The summary of the article was the best - you forget all the dyno controversy as soon as you drive the car in the real world, where it is fast and fun.

Compliment from a 911C4 driver
This morning I dusted a red 911 around a two lane 90 degree turn and was all proud of myself. Anyway, I think he may have let me go to check out the car, as he pulled up next to me at the next light and motioned for me to roll down the window. He said he liked the car and asked how I liked it. I said "no complaints" and "the car is fun, but not as fun as yours." He responded that my car was way more fun than his... and then the light turned and we continued our commute. How cool is that? I have never even received a derisive comment from a 911 driver, let alone a compliment. The guy in the Porsche was around 29 too.
