That's a test kit for now... it's the Extreme Dimensions GTC Front bumper modified to fit the widebody. It's on the cover of the Performance Auto & Sound mag.
They changed the engine though.. not sure what it is. You'll see this in the Hot Wheels line of cars.

It is a 2-rotor REW motor IIRC with a Electromotive Tec3 stand-alone.
The plug wires on the driver's side are where the coils are mounted.

What is the deal with Nitto tires. I see their ads in just about every magazine, but I have never, seen one of their tires on a car. Are they race only tires? I never see them in reviews, or anywhere but ads really.
