Old comparison, and RX8, S2000, Z dyno
I was looking for a comparison of dyno results of the RX-8 to the S2000 when I found this old comparison. It was one of the better ones. Read it one more time!
It occurred to me that the S2000 and the RX-8 probably have almost identical dyno results, and as it turns out, they really do. Check the dyno results at the end of this article. Good stuff. http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/...son/index.html |

[snip] http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/...son/index.html "Honda figures giving up a small measure of performance for a noticeably less-taxing experience will drive more buyers. " That's kinda counter to the premise of the 'what a difference 0.5 seconds could make' thread that's been running lately. |
s2k's dyno close to 200whp. rx8's are 180 average. It's faster than the numbers suggest.
