i rather get minor burns than getting glass fragments in my eye and be blind for the rest of my life! or imagine my head meeting the grill, i mean my face would look like a waffle..that is if im still alive.......

go here, then click on the Free Video on the top left of the page. It'll show you that whole 7 mins segment in pretty decent streaming quality. There are some great split screens showing the difference between having and not having SAB in these crashes.
The take home message from the segment is if a mid-size 4 door sedan without SAB is T-boned by an SUV/truck at speeds of 31mph or more, the driver/passengers sitting at the impact side would most likely die.
