Inside Mazda's Funhouse

There's a nice article on the Speed Channel web site regarding Mazda's race experience/culture along with the RX-8...

Nice article. It really captures the true nature of Mazda, which is to build fun-to-drive cars. They want to build cars that people want to buy because they are fun, not because they are fuel efficient, or have some long warranty plan, or have all these options (although these things are nice). Other companies seem like they are trying to bribe you into buying their car.

Nice story, and a true representation of Mazda's heritage. If not for Mazda where would affordable sports car racing be?

Thanks for posting the article -- I learned some stuff. The timeline he used helped put it all in perspective.
