That was proabably to best review I've seen so far - they did a great job of getting terrific shots and putting the whole thing together...

Thanks for the article. I think they did an excellent job of putting into words why an automotive enthusiast (ie not a magazine racer) would pick the RX-8 over the Z or G35.

I saw the AutoWeek review this weekend. It was well done (not because I'm biased) and dead on. If I ever had any doubts about the RX8 (not that I do) this review would have eradicated them.

On paper the RX-8 doesn't look so good. The torque sounds horrible.... the styling isn't as eye grabbing as the Z.

But all doubt is removed as soon as you take one out for a spin.

The styling grew on me till the point where I started to think the Z's styling looks dated on the front and on the interior.

At least that was how it was for me.

Thanks but can't get the jumbo size one to work (AutoWeek RX-8 Review). The other MPEG and WMVs worked fine.

Rerun...

According to Speed's website, Autoweek will show at 7:30 AM Tuesday and 2:30 PM Wednesday (times Eastern).

I'm setting the VCR to tape it tomorrow morning at 4:30AM (Pacific).
