Yeah, beige interior looks nice when it's new, but in a year it gets so dirty and ugly nobody wants to look at it.

I love the exterior color. It's no more gay than yellow, red, or blue. Those are colors in the "rainbow" you know! My old 2nd gen RX-7 was Burgundy and to this day I still think it is the most beautiful color for that car. I'm not terribly fond of the interior color but it's not that bad.

Everyone has an opinion on any color. Personally I think white is the single worst mistake in car color history next to brown or tan but that's just me. You guys that think it looks gay need to grow up and get a life. If you don't like it, so what? It won't change anything. It won't influence others. You should be happy that it is probably a chick magnet. That is a good thing.

The Burgundy 2nd gen is in rotary heaven. My first gen is tan with a brown interior. Yeah it's ugly, but to buy a garage kept GSL-SE from the original owner for only $300, I couldn't really complain.

Wow... what a steal. My buddy bought a '79 for $250, but it was in such bad shape he just ended up parting it out... I tried to get the 12A for tear-down project, but he found a buyer instead

Yeah, I do. I'm not one of the guys bagging it 'cos they think it's gay, either, BTW. I have real issues with the "tarting up" that Mazda has carried out on it. It's almost as if they consider that the 8's on the market at the moment are too bland and that a bit of chrome will help move a slow seller. It's for this reason I think they have devalued the brand. I don't see it as a "Special Edition".... I see it as a slap in the face.

And it's a tasteless POS, too.

Gomez.

Oh Sh#t....Google Alert just sent me this tasty bit of news in the mail....

For bad news in Australia, click here. Thankfully, there are only 110 of them. Hopefully, visually impaired residents of Sydney will buy them all....

The only aspect that is remotely interesting is the darker -silver gloss alluminium wheels .

The poofs in Sydney will have a ball probably purchase the lot in Auto .

Is that available in the US only or do we get it in Canada too?

And in that Australian article they say the special ed comes in Tit Gray too?
