Shhh don't show people that

I have been looking at that specific engine for a few days. I was thinking I might buy it now while they are still around for a ground-up car. Alas, I'm 500 short...

So yes, I know I want it.

For an RX-8? New tranny I assume. The 20B only mates with autos I believe, meaning it would require modification to be used with manual.

You missed the boat on that one. There's someone around here who already has it, I don't remember who.

This specific engine comes without turbos. I believe the original engine was twin-turbo, I bet that many tt 20bs are making 500+.

300 hp NA

With a very mild FI setup, 450 whp. Higher boost can give you up to the 600's without going too crazy.

The 20b cosmo never came manual, but the majority of 20b rx-7s and rx-8s are manual. They were modified somehow.

IMHO an a/t defeats the purpose of a rotary.

Just my opinion. Its because I believe that revving is the rotaries purpose, and limiting revs limits the reason I drive this car.

I'm just going of the item description and the picture of the intake plenum with the words "3 Rotor Sequential Twin Turbo"

..... but after looking at it again it is pretty obvious that the engine pictured is not turbocharged.
