I don't have the RX-8 yet (only in April) but I'm so anxious that I might get the car for January.

My sister selling her winter tires Goodyear Blizak (syntax??) 195/65R15 with rims 5 holes.

Would that fit the RX-8?

Nope. It's physically impossible for a 15" wheel to fit over the front brakes of the RX-8, even if you get the base version with the smaller brakes. If you get the sport package or GT with the larger brakes, then 16" wheels don't fit, and you have to go to 17' wheels for winter tires.

There are a large number of threads in the Tires and Wheels section of the forum and in the Canada regional section of the forum discussing winter tires and wheels - sizes, brands, etc. Have a search/read through those for plenty of details.
