Question Will Michelin Pilot Sport tires from BMW M3 255/40/18 fit on the 8?

Looking at buying some tires from someone, and he has front 225/45/18 and rear 255/40/18 and my question is, 1- will they fit? 2- would they be too wide for the car? 3- will they look good? Thanks everyone!!

They will fit but not sure how they'll feel. I assume you are talking about just the tires - the rims from a BMW will not fit.

the tires will fit on the stock rims. teamrx8 has mounted a 295 on an 8" rim. lol. 255 is pushing the limits of whats normally accepted but it'll be fine.

you wont "understeer like crazy" but larger rear tires on a car thats dialed for all same tires will cause it to understeer more.

the RIMS wont fit. i believe bmw uses 5x120. mazda uses 5x114.3
