White Marks Inside Fender Vents

Hello Club!

I've noticed that I have white marks inside the holes of my OEM fender vents - mostly on my passenger side. It could be soap that didn't try properly, but meh who knows. I've pulled out he fender and I'm trying to see if anyone has a more efficient way of removing this? I've tried:
  1. brushing it inside, but it can only go in so far in
  2. using a stick and cleaning it one by one; taking forever to clean one hole out
  3. water jet
  4. cleaning wipes and shove it in with my skewer stick

Anyone ever come across this problem?

Perhaps pics could help show what you are talking about exactly.
Could try some Muguiers Back to black, as it might be spray on wax. Had to guess without seeing it.

could be just dried water after a wash
I usually use compressed air blow out all the water trapped between the gaps.

i'll take some pictures tomorrow; it's not like it doesn't come off.. it's just tedious =( the first time it showed up was after a wash ! so its likely to be dried soapy water

Simple fix, use Meguiars insane tire shine. I use it all the time and my fender vents (which suffer the same issue) look the "blackest black" for weeks after a simple treatment. Simply spray it on, then blow on the vents to get the spray "all the way in", that'll take care of white spots without the tedium of using a pick and doing each hole individually.

Thanks for the tip, I think I might have the same issue as the OP.
