You have to paint them red...

Edit: Unless you are talking about a big brake kit (ie Brembo's)

I'm assuming that you are interested in painting your brake calipers.

I painted my brake calipers(black) and dust shields/center of rotors(metallic)

Duplicolor sells a kit to paint brake calipers. Comes in variety of colors: Black, Silver, Red, and I believe Yellow.

The kit includes caliper cleaner, a can of paint, a stir, a brush and tape. It says to take off the pads but its not "required" If you have a steady hand you wont need to.

it also saws a toothbrush

I ran to local harbor frieght and for a dollar bough a steel, iron and nylon brush set (6 brushes) for a dollar. And i scrubbed that **** off. I didn't need to tape or remove calipers.

Just spray cleaner, scrub. Then stir apint and BAM!
