I've been looking to buy an 8 but definitely want a sun/moon roof since its always so nice here in socal. Most of the time when i look at pictures they dont take one that is easy to see the roof. Where are the buttons for the sunroof?

What other buttons are around that are options? Nav? If you could post pics that would really help me in my search. Thanks.

OH. So unless they take a picture looking up, i'd see it anyhow, then I wont see the controls?

I thought the nav controls were in the center. But are there two other buttons on the center console?

 

They would have to take the picture looking up at an area not worth taking a picture. There are 2 buttons for the sunroof - one for tilt, and one to slide it back open all of the way. Each button also closes it from its corresponding position.

 

The two buttons that you see on the center console are for the leather seat warmers in the Grand Touring editions. In the touring, sport and base, the buttons are non-existent.

 

The sunroof has one touch open but needs one touch close and needs to work with the retained power after turning off ignition.
