wheel question

Just wondering if i buy a set of wheels with +35mm offset if they would fit w/o having to roll fenders. 8 is stock height and plan to keep it that away. please help so i can buy. thanks

i have 18x9.5 all the way around. 245/40/18's.... AND im lowered on tein s-techs. have not rolled fenders and i do not rub, oh and my wheels are +35mm.

ps, you will love that offset!
