That is Just NOT POSSIBLE!!!! I went to SF couple times. from LA. almost the same mileage. I have to stop once on the way, and by the time i got there, i was alrdy at 2/5th of the tank. to Las vegas. Gee maybe u towed ur car there while idle?

I was barely able to squeeze out 250 miles out of my last tank and almost ran out of gas my way into the gas station. And that is with A LOT of redlining/flooring it and city driving, with little idling.

Ahhh, the old blonde keyboard trick! I've seen this before. What you need to do is clip your younger brother over the back of the head for tooling about with your computer. Then swap the 2 and 7 keys back to where they belong.....

i do 100% freeway and only get... 19-20 mpg at most. if i had 50 mpg... oh ****.

ok ... think about it
from Vegas to LA
is about 692 miles..(I always reset my odometer right at the entrance of the freeway, because I want to see how many miles I get from Vegas to my house. Also I check how long it takes to get to my house.)

Now my house isn't exactly in LA
it's in pasadena, which is 20 min away from LA

I filled my car up to full right from the strip, and just got on the freeway and started driving.
Never stopped to get some gas.

I was averaging about 90-100 miles 80% on the freeway.
