That is a bent part of your rear suspension. Check with mazmart or one of the part-out threads.

Holy ****, I take it you drifted into a curb?

FYI not only are you going to need the lower control arm, but the rear passenger endlink as well as yours is broken

I recall that feeling from my past experience... Unfortunately.

What happened to your rear end link? How did it bent? Just curious.

Yup, right above the bend you can see the endlink. Looks like the lower bolt is broken off.

Ah man, that sucks. You definitely have some serious damage back there. I'm not big on law suites, but drunk drivers deserve to get everything taken away. Get everything you absolutely can out of him.

Best of luck.

It's probably technically a total... If that is the side opposite the impact point, and it was from another car. That would be only roughly half the energy absorption from the impact, with the other half being between the other car and the 8.

I don't see it not having frame damage on that side. Or, given the value of the 8s currently, enough body/component damage that the repair cost exceeds the total %.

Totally sucks, I gather no insurance, or insurance not covering it?

1st pic - nothing looks wrong at first glance
2nd pic - like we mentioned before, bent LCA, broken endlink, and looks like the lower mount on the shock is cracked.
