It finally dawned on me what I should name mine reading all of your comments/names. For a while now it's made me think of it as a guy; as opposed to my Miata which makes me think it's a girl...

Burnie White is its name.

Burnie because he's gonna burn a LOT of two stroke oil. White because of the song White from The Cult always reminds me of it and is my motivation for getting my reman installed asap....

 

Funny, but I’ve never named any of my cars. One of the girls I dated once named one, but me? I’ve never done it.

 

I never named my car, but my dad calls it a tomato...

 

I'm a huge Gundam fan so all my cars have been named after mobile suits. My RX8 was named Zero after Gundam Wing Zero. My favorite car gets named after my favorite Gundam.

I've owned my red 8 for 14 years and never named it...... however ....I recently bought another blue one. It was 900 miles away so I asked my mate if he'd come with me to pick it up.
We flew down and after checking it over and paying for it ..... we headed off on our road trip. Within an hour of driving we had named her...Bluey .... and the name has stuck.

 

I named mine Trinity because of the triangle motor. But I’m such a Zelda nerd as well, so I could call it Triforce as well. But only if it was yellow. And it is red. Or a gold triforce foil wrap and then I could call it Triforce!!! Or maybe just hold foil Accents of the Triforce and I could call it TRIFIERCE!!!! OMG y’all have been a wonderful help!! Thank you so much!!!

I haven’t named a car since Old Brown - a 79 Jimmy 4*4 with enough rust holes to sound like blowing on a coke bottle on the highway.

My wife calls my 8 The Red Rooster.
