Well "technically" you do NOT have a Shinka but due to a technicality it is reported as such

And did you ever stop and think that the person traded in for financial reasons? Things do cost money in case you didn't get that memo.

And why do so many people feel the need to go off on a rant when someone share's their opinion(s)? Not once did I say anything about a financial situation (I have a share of my own) and there ARE people (maybe not in this forum) that would choose a Tiburon over and Sti.

So, by you saying "Why does everyone feel the need to comment on this? This is the most obvious statement of the year." YOU just showed the most obvious display of what NOT to do in a forum.

And don't go off thinking that you're some great, honorable guy for 'calling me out' on an issue I never protested ("And did you ever stop and think that the person traded in for financial reasons? Things do cost money in case you didn't get that memo."). I know that things cost money and i'm very considerate to those in such situations.

Next time that you have a bad day, find another way to share your 2 cents. Thanks.

Send your VIN over to Breezy (Revenant - Sabrina) and let her run it from her dealership.

i'd choose a tiburon over an sti.

but i would be getting the tiburon for the good gas mileage and low insurance rates. if i had money to blow, i still wouldnt get an sti. i'd get an 8.

when i was picking my cars, sti wasnt even on the list. but the tiburon was.

crossfire, s2000, z3, z4, 325ci, 328ci, 330ci, tiburon, mini, and ah.. a bunch of cars of other cars. but the sti wasnt on there. not even considered. now that i think about it, it kind of surprises me that it didnt cross my mind. eh, i dont like them.

Oh and you got that from one post huh? You must really be smart. Funny how the second you realize that someone made you look like the jerk-off you really are, you say "Me > you" thinking you had the last laugh.

Grow up moron. And if Steakboy wants his avatar back, he can tell me, himself. There are at least 3 other members that i've seen with similar avatars, are you going to bug them too?

I'm done wasting my time with this. It proves nothing and it's doing nothing to help this thread. And the fact that I'm actually taking time out of my day just to argue with you pisses me off in it's own.

Good luck.

I have no idea how much $$$ you would need to beat beat a STi. Nor do I know how much an STi or Tib cost.

All i do know is that V6>4 cylinder for potential. GENERALLY Speaking.

You need to lay off the crack. The aftermarket support for a Tiburon V-6 is almost zero. And V-6's are rare in racing. Except for the Honda racing V-6.

"Due to the odd number of cylinders in each bank, all V6 designs are inherently out of balance and thus benefit from some auxiliary counterbalancing"

Chicken, maybe this will boost your resale. When you trade it in I doubt anyone will notice unless you trade it at a Mazda dealer. Keep it hush!

you got it right, those 2 cars are not even the same level. one is like way above and the other is like at the bottom of the food chain.

financial reasons? if that person is having financial problems he should NOT even get another car. he could of just sold his STi and be done with it. Im sure public transportation is around.

he is just probably a dumbass and cannot afford the insurance (cuz I have a feeling the insurance will cost more than the monthly payment). but still want to be *cool*, and he thinks that pos Hyundai is *cool*.

Uhh whatever, this is going off topic.

holy off-topicness Batman!!

I can easily settle why the STi owner traded in for a V-6 Tib. I just found this out today after chatting a bit more with Brain (my friend at the dealership).
-The interest rate as rape on his STi- something like 16%. His monthly payment was over $730. Plus, he said something about insurance pounding him in the ***.
-His credit is better now or something, so he got a much better interest rate on the Tib and his payment is under $300 a month or so now. Big improvement.
-He actually liked the look of the Tib. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?

And I'm also guessing this 22-year old recent college grad couldn't handle the STi and bite off more than he could chew, in both terms of power and cost.

His STi was nice tho- practically mint and super low miles. Had a Pioneer color screen in-dash navigation system, too, and STi exhaust.
