water in oil in engine normal? dealers says yes!

Hi all! Asking this for my wife..she is on her second engine in a year. 1st had less than 9k and now 2nd only has 3800 miles and same thing happened. Dealers say this is normal! I'm by far no expert on these engines but water mixed with engine oil goes against the grain for me. local fast lube guys say no way!
Any advice be welcomed...sorry for the long post

Not a long post at all! Pretty concise if you ask me......

I would consider myself quite the rookie, but I would say there should not be any water mixed with your oil.

Do not consider this a final answer, I would wait for some of the experts on here to give you a more complete breakdown.

What do you mean by water in the oil? Do you mean the foamy stuff on the dipstick? If so, that's just condensation on the dipstick and is both normal and harmless.n But if it really bothers you, there's a TSB for it.

Good that you know.

oh, a reminder to you. water is all around us. you do know that theres water in the air you're breathing now right? and you should know what condensation is right? thats where your water in engine oil came from.

NYCGPS hates everybody so don't take it personally.
Ask him why he doesn't use real oil?
