Washing wheels = Cut knuckles
Does anyone else have a problem washing your OEM wheels? No matter how careful I am I always seem to cut my knuckles on the the thin shield behind the brake rotor. That front wheel has a really tight space. Is there a suggested brush or something for doing this job that doesn't require a weekly blood letting?

Yeah it sounds stupid, but I went and bought a brand new toilet scrubber brush that gets exclusively used for inside the wheels. I get no scratches and no more weekly donating to the Rx8 Blood Bank

I like the brush and mitt suggestions. I'm stopping by AutoZone on the way home from work. Thanks all!

Mitts are the way to go with these wheels my friend.
The wheels do look great when they are cleaned all the way in!

Geez, that'd be a real sight... too funny.
I guess they were really getting to you! I like to detail the rims in the early morning before all the bugs and heat come out!
