The engine has to be disassembled to replace the coolant seals so you might as well rebuild the engine.

But get it pressure tested first, it could be a failure in the coolant systems elsewhere.

Repair or replace. Repair requires removal of the engine, complete disassembly and replacement of damaged components. If the rotors and housings are in decent shape (big question), only the seals will need to be replaced. Reassemble engine components and reinstall engine in car. Unless you are capable of doing that yourself, you should find a reputable rotary engine mechanic who can do the work.

Replacement is just that. Find a refurbished or used engine and replace the damaged one.

I'll have to do it myself because there arent any reputable rotary engine Mechanics in my country

Good luck Best bet is to purchase one of the videos that detail the rebuild step-by-step. Also, here is a youtube video that will give you an idea of how to do it:
