I just got a recall postcard from my dealer for "4206F RX8 Cat Efficiency." Never got a letter from Mazda. My car is in the recall range, and I've got all the 4206F stuff that's posted here.

The amusing thing is that back in September I got a recall postcard for "Emission recall", and I brought the car in. The service invoice from that said "Emissions recall completed" and listed .7 hours tech, no parts. Didn't give the campaign number, and they didn't put a sticker under the hood.

So is there a second emission recall that nobody knows about? Or has the dealer just goofed up? I'll call them tomorrow and make an appointment. First time all I got was a wash and a loaner Aveo for the day. Maybe this time I'll get that tank of gas and a nicer loaner.

I did my recall 2 months ago, and I just got my letter 3 weeks ago.

Nope, just 1 recall, but depends on the dealership if they're smart(more like non-lazy), they would do the recall to whoever brings their car in first, not by the letter.
