6 Speeds are NOT electronically limited, at least not in the US, I beleive they are in Japan though. They are aerodnamically limited. This means that the car doesn't have enough power to overcome the wind resistance. Stock, the car should be able to get up to 150-155 on level ground at sealevel. If you have more power, then the top speed would be governed by the gearing. 6 Speeds will go about 185 in 6th before hitting the fuel cut. You can see this on a stock car if you were to do a 6th gear dyno run, as on the dyno there is no wind resistance acting against you. Also, so no one bitches, the fuel cut is not a speed limiter as it is in every gear and happens at a certain RPM and not at a certain speed. As this guy has a 5 speed, I have no idea what the top speed on it would be. But I'm sure a simple search on google would do wonders.
