I like yours better. I think I have seen pics of that one before. does he go to all the car shows? what is with the stuff on his fron bumper? I prefer yours I hope you never put any decals or anything like that on it. keep it looking clean! and we will see your picture with the frist place trophy next time. (maybe all you need is a model to stand next to it......)

What Rims are those? they look Carbon Fiber which i was looking into getting. Sweet ride btw, would love to see more pics...and the model with it idea is always a plus!

 

This is why I hate car shows.

Those aren't carbon fiber wheels. I don't even think the concept exists, let alone useful. It looks to me as if they are Volk Racing GT-C's, or some cheap cast knock-off. Hard to tell these days.

 

They do make CF Rims. I've seen them in magazines, don't know who makes them.

 

You're right, but they're mostly for motorcycle applications; since they are of a lower mass, carbon wheels on a motorcycle do not have to withstand the increased static and dynamic effects of vehicle weight.

I wouldn't see the point in carbon fiber wheels for cars; it's not invincible, or inexpensive.

 

I guess the point might be to make you win car shows :p

 

At least the winner was another Rotary powered vehicle!

Well she is garage kept and gets washed once every two weeks and clayed once every couple of months... And she gets wax before every show...



Have not done any shows lately; have been waiting for all the latest mods to be finished and now I am waiting for the brake rotors and wheels...

Well they are sometimes more into the ricer thing than a nice clean car... But I am determined to win without ricer mods and not a single sticker...
