Titanium with Chapparal?

Hi folks, I have been reading and learning a lot as I am still looking for "my" RX8. I am wondering if anyone has a Titanium grey with the Chapparel leather? If so, could you post some pictures.
Thanks,

Craig

I've seen pictures of that combo in the Multimedia/Photo Gallery forum before -- you can probably find them if you do a search. It's a gorgeous color combo, you should go for it!

I probably would have gone with the Chapparal/Black with my Titanium 8 if I had seen pictures of it first; not that I'm unhappy with my Red/Black w/Titanium!!!

Hey bro'voodoo, Great pics and locale. Sorry to seem selfish but could you show the interior a little more? Say, from the side into the front seat? I have searched and have not been able to get a good look at the combination but it defintely seems like it will be a classy combination.

Very nice....I think that is one of the most unique combinations you can get on the 8...there is one at my local dealership here...can't go wrong with that choice

Hey Bob,

What exactly is the material used on the center "U" and side panels of the seats? It just stands out at me due to the contrasting color. I'm getting all black, but I just never thought to ask before now. Beaut car BTW.

You know, now that I look at your pics again - between pic #1 and #3, did you have your spoiler added by the dealer; and if so, was it much hassle (as well as done correctly)?

It's a rubbery ribbed vinyl. Pretty cool, as it helps keep you from sliding around in your seat when going through "spirited" turns.

I thought that's what that might be. To tell the truth on my test drive I was going through sensory overload trying to take it all in at once. I've seen other photos since then but just never though to ask. Thanks!

The RX8 that my dealer (Anaheim Mazda/Hyundai) had in stock that was the right colour and equipped with navigation did not have the spoiler nor the CD changer installed. I agreed to have them add those two options after purchase and include them in the purchase price. Everything went well -- I had to take it back to get a connector reseated because my LED display blinked out after I had the work done, but it was corrected easily.

Wink Thanks Bob

Hey Bob,

I think you have "my" car. Thanks for the pictures. While I haven't seen any bad combinations of the car, yours seems to fit me best. Maybe it is the over 40 combo??

Enjoy, and wish me luck. Since winter has hit the NE, I am now thinking about waiting until March to buy my 8. That will give me months before I have to buy snow tires...:D

But then again, that is 5 months of not being able to enjoy the car.

I finally found mine today with these colors, only problm is that it is completely loaded, nav and all. Not that that is a big problem. It is a little more than I planned on spending. Sticker is 35.4k and I offered him 32.4k have yet to hear back from him.

Maybe I won't, but I did find a screaming yellow equiped about the same that could be had for that.

The above reply is by Sea Ray, some how the forum signed me on as p7%8 ??? Weird.

Can't hardly wait to get this car, even thought it will sit in the garage most of the time for the next 4 months. The volvo will have to brave the elements for the first time in 7 years.

Bobclevenger,

I was interested in your cell phone holder, a very tidy package IMO. I am guessing that it charges as well as holds the phone somehow.....snaps in place maybe? Where would someone aquire one?

Clayton
