Buy one of those airport pillows for your neck because the power is pants-pooping INSANE.
I've had accidents in vehicles made by most auto manufacturers but after my first few months with the rx-8 Depends sent me a $500 check and asked me to please stop leaving product feedback on their forum.
Picked up my uncle in the car after he got released from county and we ate fries

well its not a smooth looking coupe like the rx8 but it does look very very agressive and being the color mine is it does pull a lot of attention form people passing by
I loved my 8 but I love my Evo now and soon it will be faster than my 8 used to be, very very soon :D

A practical sports car. Seats four decently (the back seats are surprisingly usable compared to some other 2+2 coupes). Fun to drive. Communicative. Firm enough to be sporting, but not harsh. Fuel economy is a downer (been getting 18-20 mixed, but you won't find this much fun burning dinosaurs with another similarly priced car).

You guys forgot the most important features:
Transmission = The auto is as fast, if not faster then the manual
Lighting = The boot light is VERY usable, even when the spare tire is fitted
Oil = You hardly need to check the engine oil. "What oil", l hear people saying.. That's how often you don't need to check!
Space = I don't understand why they don't market the 8 to the family market. While moving home, l was able to fit 3 large boxes into the car (Folded)!
And best of all
Quarter Mile Performance = I used to track modified commodores (v6-v8) and none match the traction my 8 has off the line.
We're a friendly bunch here
