Just in this morning, a nice cheque for 500.$ with my name written on it ! I called them last friday and the very nice lady said she'd call me back first thing monday morning to let me know if they had recieved my form. At 9am SHARP the phone wrang and she told me everything was in order and the cheque had been mailed. Sure enough it was in my mailbox when i got home.

It's easy to put them down when they goof up but i must say they handled my case very well and the girl i talked to was polite and very nice.

Oh and the new carpets for Canadian cars are in, it took about 2 minutes to install the hook. And i'm sorry Wing but they keep the old one... :-(

But nice to hear good stories. I'm having a similarly good experience. I mailed out my form on Thursday, suppose to be next day.

They haven't received it yet, but Richard said he would call me back this afternoon if he gets it or not! If not I'll have to send it out again, and get canada post to refund me!

 

I read you were returning it... i guess reason got the best over fun and play. But i bet you have another one in your garage by may2004 !!

I just can't part from my red baby...besides, fuel economy isn't that bad if i'm nice with it and i have no other big problem. The 500$ will pay the lawyer that got me out of 6 points on my permit in 6 months... (i had already 10 points gone...)

I cant say too much about the US cust service - its been 6 weeks since I sent in my letter...

 

Mikeb, we do get a check up here in the cold... and i cashed it already. :-)

but you guys get 4 years waranty opposite to our 3 years. Plus your 500$ is worth 700$canadian but we get only 500$ can. :-(
