Smile Test Drive Rx-8 White!!! Missed It By A Hair Pin!!!!!

I was very intrested with the rx-8 i never knew it could perform so well

I took my lunch break just to check mazda because im planning to buy a new car soon

I took a couple test drives like the Honda s2000 and Nissan 350z and the Rx-8 finally

so i went to the dealer i only had 30 minutes and caught a 2005 White Rx-8 Touring edition it was everything i wanted

But then I wanna see can it perform good as the other cars so the salesmen let me take it out for a test drive and at the stop light i let it all out see whut can it really do and i suprise how fast can it get there at 9k then churp 2nd pretty good pull and 3rd then made a fast U-Turn and the handle was GREAT i had the DSC on thats why i shuold of turn it off when i went off the line but i enjoy it and when i heard the BEEP sound i notice it when i reach 9k to tell you when to shift and that was 1 of my best joy rides ever

Then got back to the dealer gotta go back to work and i wa splannign to buy it in 2 days since im workign the day after and i came by at lunch again the other day and my white rx-8 parked and clean and i notice it WAS SOLD!!! god damnit i miss it by a day sold it to some idiot dont know how to drive a stick well and salesmen told me he was a wussy driver and said i was a alot better bringing it out!

So that killed my dreams but im gonna keep looking for that White rx-8 ONLY white nothin else because every car i own is white!

Ever since last week i been on this site day and night wanna learn more of the Rx-8 and why is it such a important car to you guys and now i know I DO WANT THIS CAR!! mabe in a week or 2 ill get my white 8 ship here and will post pics soon

COMPARES: I drove the s2000 and it was a pretty fun car but uncomforable as small space but its fun over 6k to 9k just like rx-8 but the rx-8 handle so much better i feel mroe safe then the s2000. I see s2000 owner taking turns and vtec kicks in and they lose it badly mostly int he rain. Thats why i love the rx-8 better it handles like a god in dry and rain and ofcourse the 4 seater.

COMPARES: I also drove the nissan 350z also TWICE i amit i was really into it until i saw alot of complaints about that car and the suspension problem on 03-05 and my sister already has a G35 and there not much differents just her is alot better looking. The 350z has control but in a heavy way its so heavy sometimes it doesnt cut it and not as smooth and the rx-8 and i been thinking and comparing i think it all adds up to the incredible Rx-8.

Whut caught my attendtion is the Rotary and i heard from alot of different people that rotary engine are really reliable and i correct? and the NICE shift **** i thinkt hats really cool and this si the car you can really take it to the track and not worrying anything.

Thanks for reaidng this hope to get my White 8 soon@!

If your point is to point out weak spots or bad things about the other two cars...don't make me do a search on this board

Anyway, GOOD LUCK trying to find white. I have been looking all over and everyone I find is a damn automatic!!!!

I can barely understand what you are saying. The grammar and typo's are making it very hard to read and comprehend.

Just last night I testdrove a GT white m/t. On the lot there were three or four of them, 1 sport w/nav, 2 touring and 1grand touring. Price was a bit steep so I'll see what I can get from other dealers today

Just my opinion:

I don't know why people type with bad english grammar or the lack of proof reading. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid), express your thoughts or opinions in a simple language. Simplicity keeps the english language easier to comprehend instead of making it totally ambiguous.

I also hate it when people type a new word like "neway" as an example. What is wrong with "anyway"? It's an extra letter, it 's not even worth half a second when typing.

Anyway, I completely agree. I mean, I've always typed 'properly' (as it were), and I can type like this miles faster than I can in internet shorthand, and 'quick typed' text is harder to read. I guess it's just what you prefer, and I don't generally make a noise about it on internet forums unless it's really bad - but I just couldn't resist posting that comic when he managed to write 123 words without a single piece of punctuation!

However, a few years ago, my friend wrote 'gr8' on an English test at school. I was speechless! I went straight into a conversation with her about 'proper' English and how the internet and texting on mobiles phones has destroyed it. I came away from the conversation feeling 20 years older.

Why do people insist on bashing the noobies? Why can't someone be enthused in his car purchase? I would like to think this is still a friendly forum.

Sorry dude and Good luck to you in finding your white 8!!

That was just a test!

I don't mind abbreviation(s) too. My English is far from perfect. HOWEVER, people should just type in simple English and make a very clear statement. Glad you picked it up.

Cheers!

I couldn't possibly agree more, and I will take you up on that advice:

Good luck on finding just the white one you want, d00d, I'm sure you will have a long, happy time with it.

(although I do agree about the punctuation thing)

with rush typing, you were still able to put in all those icons, nice
but yea, I grew tired of reading your post due to the lack of punctuations.
I found myself reading the same "sentence" many times over.

this thread just turned from first test drive thread to a grammar thread
