Suspension Problem/Lop-sided rear

My rear passenger side spacing from the top of the wheel to the wheel well dramatically lowered today. Here's what happened today for variable reasons. I went to walmart and purchase a rather heavy product that sat in my trunk for a max 15 minutes on my way home. I'm not sure if it was sitting towards one side but it did sit still. When I took everything out, I noticed that it lowered.

I have Tein H-spec springs all the way around with oem shocks. They have only been installed for less than a month. Yesterday I did jack up the front passenger side to re-spray the wheel, and jacked up that side only (if it matters).

I've done my research and a lot of suggestions go toward taking the vehicle to the dealership. If you have some clever advice I would greatly appreciate it.

What is the mileage of your car? I'm just guessing that your shocks might be blown...

I am thinking that too. I just ordered some Koni Yellow Shocks, hopefully they help the problem.

I would have thought that the Tein H-Spec would be easy on the stock shocks, but apparently I was wrong.

the spring might have some defects in it so it collapsed. time for a new spring.
shocks wont make the car sit funny. it will make the tire bounce,

I just looked under the car and it seems that the rubber part that the top of the spring sits on was going inbetween the spring. I'll attempt posting a picture of it.

So it wasn't a "real" suspension issue. In fact, the top of the spring wasn't seated correctly, self-fixed. On another note, I did order some Koni Yellows that are now sitting in my bedroom with no rx-8 to go on. If any of you know any buyers, send them my way or reference. I have put it on the FOR SALE section as well.

CHEERS! and thank you!
