where can i find a TSB on the steering rack for a rx8 or how to fix
i cant afford 2000.00 for a new one

Not sure if there's a TSB for that, but all the TSBs are in a sticky thread on this site, and also at finishlineperformance.com.

Have you looked into a third party rack, a rebuilt one, or maybe a used one? One of the forum vendors, Mazmart, is a Mazda salvage yard and would be worth checking for a used one.

Any chance you're the same person as 1037maxs, who started another thread titled "steering" and does not use caps? If so, I'll bet that if you give the details dynamho asked for he'll be more than glad to answer specific questions about fixing your steering.
