I was only adding some speculation based on my experience in manufacturing.
Certainly didn't intend to offend anyone.....

 

There is no rhyme or reason with the tires. Mazda has used both the Dunlops and Bridgestones interchangeably for over a year now. It's just a matter of availability at the time.

 

Rick I did have a problem with mine. The cat was broken and was replaced under warranty. Don't know how it happened. Would have left it if not for the rattle. Aside from that it has been perfect. It feels like you are driving a much more expensive car. And as I drive by people on the street I can here people yelling "Nice Car". Plus, my 14 year old son now wants to be seen with his dad!! Actually asked me to pick him up at school.
