Should I paint my calipers black or blue?

I'm trying to decide what would look better.

I'm leaning towards black because it will probably be easier to get glossy and I don't have to match it like I would blue.
But at the same time, if I got a good shade of blue and got it glossy that would look really good (I think lol).

Any opinions?

I'd do blue, color matching looks good IMO.

I kinda wish I hadn't gotten mine in red because I don't want to paint my calipers red

I'd either color match the car or go with red. Since mine is white though, I wouldn't color match - red all the way if I ever do it.

Wait... what's wrong with red calipers? Yellow calipers suck, but red is okay in my book.

Good point...
so, paint one blue, one black, one red, and one yellow.

Honestly, if you have a mostly stock looking car, I would go with the Black Gloss you were talking about. It means you take care of your car and keep it looking nice, but you're not trying call attention to it by using a rattle can. If you're heavily modded, I would say you have more leeway to run the matching colors and stenciling and all that.

I did my rears in blue, and I drive a BB. But I am re-doing them in black with a white rx8 logo. The duplicolor blue is very close to winning blue.

I did black. It cleans it up. I think red is overplayed. IMHO

Actually judging by that picture its close to an exact match..but its actually a good bit darker cuz I didn't want an exact match (I wanted it darkish blue if I went blue).

no, that blue comes out much lighter. It will match well. Mine are in that color now. But I am re-doing with black. It clashes too much with a black car...

Damn, I shall follow your lead. I noticed how hot the brakes can get.
