Shock sensor, fender strakes, front splash guards & AW Floor mats.
Well, I had the recent shock sensor upgrade installed, and installed my fender strakes and front splash guards. I actually like the sensor it because it is not like the kind on those Viper alarms, where if you touch car, it goes off. It's not oversensitive, but I tested it out by kicking wheel and it instantly went off. just lightly tapping windshield it did not go off, so I am pleased, since having to deal with my other car that has a viper alarm and goes off when a guy with a booming systemdrives by or a big tractor trailor. We'll see down road if it ever goes off for meaningless reasons, but right now it seems like a well worth it upgrade. This is the new sensor by the way, not the old recalled one. Anyyone else have this installed, and are happy or unhappy with it? Also the front splash guards look real sharp on my black GT with appearance package, as well as fender strakes, and I really enjoy the all weather floor mats as well to replace the original carpet ones. Thanks!!

hmm... does the mazda one have a sensitivity level that you can adjust? I really want one that will go off if ppl keys your car.. but then I guess by the time it senses the force on your car it's too late :p
or I guess the shock sensor's really for if people smashed your window or is trying to steal your wheels?

Does the shock sensor have a 'warning mode' for light-medium shocks/vibrations? My cheap-o factory Miata alarm would make a growl sound and flash the lights a couple times if the shock/bump/etc was measurable, but below the sensitivity threshold. I liked having that feature to minimize false alerts but still let someone know that it's armed.
