I thought I like the noise they made, but I went to an Autox event 2 weeks ago and there was a stock G35. The exhaust was so quit if you wernt looking you wouldnt have know the car was on the track. I was dissapointed

Sorry to rain on your parade but if your looking to get the g 35 for it being *faster* Ive beaten many g 35's at the track and off of track.. So not always faster just b/c they have more power... besides that yest they do sound bad ***, they have very nice inside, and look sick w/ wheels, and you can mod fairly cheap and easy..
Have fun w/ your g 35, i know i would!

^ that sucks. moving to a G strictly b/c you choose to is cool. being somewhat forced out b/c of engine issues bites.
GL with the G35. Post some pics when you get it. It is a nice ride.

it does sound like a weird cow moo. they definitely tuned that exhaust to sound distinctive, but frankly i really question their choice. first time i heard it i was like whoa! but then it got old really fast. it is a pretty decent car, tho. congrats

Grand Chancellor
G35 looks good. I like them as a sports coupe.... but not as a sports car. Too heavy. Unprecise steering, pedestrian shifter, . The moaning cow sound is nice. But not even close to a Renesis at full throttle.

Good luck on selling the 8, enjoy the G35.
I have a friend who has a G35. It's a very nice car. Not quite as fun to drive as an 8, but it is better on the luxury end of things, and very good looking. I don't race so I'm not sure which is faster, but they seem pretty evenly matched in overall performance. The G35 isn't as agile as an 8 but it's no slouch in the corners either, and it definitely has more torque.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the G35, it's not a bad choice at all in my book.

The 8 is more fun to drive tho. The G is just for cruising, not for racing. I like the look and the performance isn't too bad! I'm going to miss my 8 tho. I got a guy coming to view my car new tuesday.
