Security features?

My 2004 rx8 has a dead battery due to me forgetting my interior light on. I tried to boost it, but the horn has a continuous honk with the signal lights having a steady on and the wipers going withe the setting in the off position. Is this normal? I have no power to the car other than these things going. What do I have to do to reset it to boost my car and get it running again?

My car did something similar to this once when the battery went dead. **** all over the car goin nuts (guages, clicking sounds, lights) after attempting startup with the key on the OFF position. No power whatsoever and this **** was still happening. I just hooked up a battery charger and let it juice up for a couple hours, went out and she started up and everything was fine after that. I wouldnt worry too much about it if i were u. Charge the battery or get a new one altogether, should do the trick
