Could someone tell me if the hight of the shoulder belt on RX-8 model years previous to 06 is adjustable?

I origionaly originally had an 05 which was rolled by a friend (Yay seatbelts!) anyway on my new 06 the shoulder belt hight is not adjustable maybe I'm on crack but I could have swarn it was on my old 05.
