Schizo TPS light...

My TPS warning goes on & off constantly. Its on for a minute or two then it goes off. Normal? How the heck do I know if Im low or not? They all look full if not over-full. What is the exact poundage they need to be to get this light to stop dinging? I guess Ill walk around & check them all to see if they are at that #. Thanz.

when you drive, the air in your tires, heats up and expands, causing the pressure to rise, and your light to turn off. You need to check the pressure beforehand and air up accordingly.

wait, let me guess, you haven't actually checked your tire pressure yet have you.

you should be glad TPMS is getting your attention in taking care of this small but very important maintenance item on your 8.

the proper tire pressure for all 4 wheels are listed on the sticker on the driver side door sill. 32psi all around IIRC.
